Customer enrolment 
The Safran Landing Systems Customer Support ecommerce platform is for the enrolled customers and the registered users associated.
 
For organisations that are not currently enrolled as a customer of Safran Landing Systems and have a requirement for technical support or commercial transactions with Safran Landing Systems, please use the following documentation as the initial stage of customer enrolment. On completion of organisation enrolment, employees can then progress with registration to the ecommerce platform for unique individual user access profiles. 
 
Initial application steps for Customer enrolment
Stage 1 - Download the user set up form using the link provided <here>.
Stage 2 - Complete the user setup form (for any queries please contact your applicable regional Customer Support Centre office)
Stage 3 - Download and complete compliance form (as advised within section "Regulatory End User Statement") and submit with set up form (as described in stage 4 below)
Stage 4 - Submit the completed user setup form and compliance form, with applicable initial purchase order by email to your applicable Customer Support Centre office

Customer regulatory Yearly End User Statement
Safran Landing Systems supply of parts & services is regulated by EAR, OFAC & ITAR, for which the implementation of the requirements is detailed within the annual compliance statement. New customers are required to submit this document with their account application and existing customers prior to commencement of a new regulatory period (calendar year), resulting in uninterrupted order/shipment cycles.
 
Steps for Yearly End User Statement submission (For Existing customers only)
Stage 1 - Download the form using the link provided <here>
Stage 2 - Identify a representative in your company who has the authorisation to sign the Yearly End User Statement  
Stage 3 - Add the logo/stamp of your company, fill in and sign the Yearly End User Statement form
Stage 4 - Submit the completed form by email to compliance-statements.vel.sls@safrangroup.com

Safran Landing Systems provides the following notes as assistance to navigation of the login and home page functions of the Landing Life online services, please also see Portal Assistance, for guidance and to address questions to the web administration team.

User Account creation

Online user access to the Landing Life online services is available to existing customers of Safran Landing Systems.

  • If you are a user associated to a company that is not currently in an active operational relationship with Safran Landing Systems please review the information on customer account application/enrolment available at the following <link>. Please note a customer compliance statement is also required, which is available from this <link>

As an existing customer of Safran Landing Systems, the team members associated are invited to register for access to the Landing life services at the following <link>, or by following the links provided on the <public page>.

On completion of registration, the last step will advise the current target lead times to complete review and configuration of your requested access, please note where registration is associated to chargeable functions the lead time commences as at completion of Commercial team follow up and agreement to proceed notified to the web administrator.

User login (including Initial login & no login within previous 90 days)

As a brief guide, the Login prompt you have selected from https://landingpad.safranmbd.com will direct you to the SAFRAN portal login, please enter your username and click <send>, this will forward you to the password entry screen and select <Log in> this will progress you to your Landing Life home page from where you will be able to access the services and functionality offered by the online solution of Safran Landing Systems.

If your activation email has expired, please progress to the password entry screen, select forgotten password, and follow the on screen instructions to complete activation of your user account.

User logout

Please use the Logout functionality provided when you have finished using the Safran Landing Systems portal to ensure your user account is securely closed at the end of your online session.
